Come Thursday, more than 3,000 people will take a dive into the Chesapeake Bay for the annual Cool Schools Plunge for Special Olympics Maryland. WBAL-TV 11 News spoke with to two of those plungers from Southern High School in Anne Arundel County. They have raised thousands of dollars, money that will go right back to their high school sports program that’s changing lives.
